JOHN C. TALPOS is the principal in the firm. Talpos has been practicing law for over 25 years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit. He is an honors graduate from the University of Detroit School of Law where he obtained his J.D., and a Ford Foundation Fellowship winner at New York University School of Law where he obtained a Master of Law (LI.M.-Crim.J.). He clerked for Justice Michael D. O'Hara, then sitting by designation on the Michigan Court of Appeals. Talpos is engaged in the general practice of law, doing both trial and appellate work, as well as handling both civil and criminal matters for clients. His areas of concentration are personal injury, family law, drunk driving defense and litigation.
