DESCRIPTION: Got a dui 2nd offense in 2 yrs. Blew a .088 at the station Then I went directly to the hospital afterwards and submitted to a blood test on my own and I belive it turned out to be about .06 and the test was taken in less than 3 hours of the arrest. Does the bloodtest outrank the breathalizer at the station? I was afraid to not do the test because of the higher penalties on my license. Could you please help me? |
